To Use:
External use only. After cleansing face. Moisten a cotton ball with Soothe Chamomile Facial Toner apply in a gentle massaging motion. Avoid contact with eyes. Allow skin to air dry. Apply moisturizer as normal. Great for extra cleansing after wearing makeup or after shaving to soothe irritated skin.
