Our products are all handmade in small batches. And we understand your anxiousness for your order, but please understand we are busy making them for you. They are naturally handmade, hand-blended, hand-poured, hand-cut, hand-wrapped and labeled all by hand. Some items are ready to ship, but most items are freshly made to order. The average turn around time is 3 - 5 full business day for processing and for made to order items up to 10 full business days for processing. Time frames for custom orders or ordering during holidays will vary.
We utilized USPS for all our shipping needs. And depending on the size, weight and/or fragility (ex:glass) of your item(s), it will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail. All domestic shipping orders will come with a tracking number.
Once your order is complete and has been shipped, you will receive a email notification to the email address used for purchase with your item(s) tracking number. Please note your tracking number can take up to 24 - 48 hours to update in the shipper's tracking system.
USPS domestic shipping delivery time frames are 3 - 5 days First Class Mail, 2 - 4 days Priority Mail. Shipping time frames are estimated not guaranteed.
Once your items have shipped and your tracking number has been emailed, your package is no longer the responsibility of Suga Lush, LLC. We cannot replace lost, stolen or damaged packages.
Refunds & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our personal care, bath and body products, we are not able to resell any item after it leaves our shelves and as such, we do not accept returns.

We strive to supply you with products that we have handcrafted with only the best ingredients and love. Tested by us, on real people - never on animals. And if for some reason you feel that we have not lived up to your expectations in a purchase, please contact us so we can address your concerns.
At the seller's discretion, we may offer you a store credit for non-personal care items and non-custom orders, and this amount will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. No returns and no exchanges on sale items, discounted items, personalize items and custom orders . This policy is to maintain the integrity of our prices.
